My laces are wearing out, how do I get a new one?Updated a year ago

No worries! We do offer lace replacements. The biggest determining factor if you're eligible for a lace replacement is how thick your sole is. If the tread on your soles is worn down, it may be time for a new pair all together. If you still have plenty of life left in your outsole, you can order a lace replacement here. 

For US customers, we recommend sending in your sandals for repair. This way, we can repair and replace your lace with the correct tools, and methods. 

If you prefer to DIY, or live abroad, you can also order a "kit" to be shipped to you.
