Once we receive your item at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. After that, credits and refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your account — though it's usually sooner.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges ship once the return has been processed.
