The Simplest Ways to Determine Size

MEN'S SIZING IS NEARLY ALWAYS 1/2 TO A FULL SIZE SMALLER THAN REGULAR SHOE SIZE AND WOMENS SIZING IS USUALLY TRUE TO SIZE.

Once you've determined your size, you can double-check it by clicking the corresponding Printer icon and printing out a template.

When printing our copyrighted PDF templates, make sure the "Scale" in the Print Window is set to 100% or the template won't be accurate.

If using the Chrome browser, make sure the "Fit to page" checkbox is UNCHECKED.

After you print out the template, also double-check the scale by comparing a ruler to the ruler that prints on the template.

When you step on the template, make sure you put your partial body weight on your foot so that your foot naturally splays on the template as it would when you are moving in the world.

If you don't have access to a printer, you can measure your foot by stepping on a blank piece of paper and marking the very front edge of your longest toe and the very backside of your heel. In doing so, please use a thinner pen and hold the pen vertically to the paper. You can then measure the distance in between two points and match it with what is listed on our size chart.
